Yes, And . . . Podcast with Jennifer Whitacre

Feb 20, 2019

Today's episode of Yes, And... is an experiment, and y'all get to come along for the ride!
Have you ever heard of a Swapcast?  It's a new concept to me, too!  Chris Scarfo is our guest today, and he is the host of his own podcast called The Scarfo Show. Because we both wanted to experiment with a swapcast, we both recorded this episode, and that's what you're about to listen to today.  Chris's recording of the show is live on his podcast, and my recording is going live on mine...that's a swapcast.
During the conversation, you're going to wonder at times who's interviewing whom, and that's what made this so much fun!  We are both kind of hosts and guests at the same time.
What...?!  Check it out, and tell me what you think!
You'll get to learn about Chris on today's episode.  Chris lives in Quebec, is married with a daughter, has loving and supportive family who live near him, and he has a typical 9-5 day job.  What's most important about all of this is that Chris LOVES his life!
Chris is a perfect example of someone who knows himself!  Chris knows what he values, and his life reflects that.
He shares with us two times in his life when was able to turn an adverse situation into personal growth.
Chris also talks about the 21-day water cleanse he's doing.  He promised to keep us informed on his blog about his progress during the cleanse, and about the process the process of re-introducing food into his diet as he comes off of his cleanse.  Find his blog HERE!  Chris Scarfo Blog
If you are interested in learning more about me, listen in.  As we interview each other on this episode, you'll learn of some of the rough places I've been in life.  I discuss topics such as childhood abuse, trauma, suicidal tendencies, complex PTSD and the psychedelic treatments that brought me back from the brink.
If you're curious, listen in!  We sure cover a wide range of topics today, and the swapcast was fun to do!
